What we collect
When you sign up, we store your email and an encrypted password hash. When you render a portrait or product shot, we briefly process the image you upload to generate the result.
What we do with your images
Uploaded photos are sent to our generation models (Google Gemini and OpenAI) only for the duration of the render. We do not retain the raw photo you upload once the render is finished.
Saved renders and share links
If you're signed in, finished renders are saved to private storage so they appear in your dashboard history. They are not public by default. If you create a share link for a render, that one image becomes viewable by anyone who has the link, until you delete it. Deleting a render removes both the stored image and its share page.
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't train models on your images. We don't share your email with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use ad-tracking cookies. For anonymous visitors we record the page landed on, the referring site, and a coarse city/country derived from the IP address — enough to see where traffic comes from, not enough to identify anyone.
Nudio for Shopify
Our Shopify app (Nudio — Product Studio) is a separate surface with its own data handling. When a merchant installs it we store the shop domain, the API access token Shopify issues, the granted scopes, and the install timestamp. The app requests only read_products and write_products: it cannot read customer, order, or payment data, and it never asks for it.
Product photos are processed to generate enhanced images, and results are written back to the store as product media only when the merchant chooses to publish them. Billing runs through Shopify's own billing API — we never see card details. Uninstalling the app, or a shop-redaction request from Shopify, deletes the stored shop record. Merchant data requests are honored at the address below.
Your rights
You can delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@nudio.ai. We honor reasonable data-export requests.
